One Facility. The Full Flow.

Test Space brings together everything needed to take hardware from integration to qualification in one location. Thermal vacuum chamber, electrodynamic shaker, cleanroom environment, electronics lab, and 3D printing — all under one roof in Brno.

A standard qualification campaign runs vibration testing followed by thermal vacuum — same building, same team. No inter-site logistics. No handling risk between disciplines. A complete test data package at close.

Not Just Space

The conditions that satellites face — extreme temperatures, vacuum, mechanical shock — are not unique to space. Defence electronics, automotive systems, industrial sensors, and optical instruments all require similar validation.

Test Space is sized and configured to serve the full range: from a CubeSat subsystem to an automotive control unit. If your hardware needs to prove it works under stress, we can test it.

Test Support Services

We provide end-to-end testing expertise, not just equipment rental. Our engineering team supports every phase of your qualification campaign to ensure accurate, reliable results:

  • Custom Fixtures (TSE): Design and engineering of custom mounting adapters to safely interface your payload with our systems.

  • Precision Instrumentation: Strategic placement and routing of accelerometers, thermocouples, and other vital sensors.

  • Standards-Based Execution: Configuring and running your test profiles according to strict ECSS, MIL-STD, or proprietary norms.

  • Data Analysis: Expert support in reviewing raw data, verifying structural/thermal performance, and generating final reports.

  • Cleanroom Preparation: Access to our on-site cleanroom to safely unbox and prepare sensitive hardware in a contamination-free environment.

Thermal Vacuum Chamber

Don’t just bake out your hardware—run it.

Simulate the exact temperature extremes and vacuum of orbital space, from simple bake-outs to full thermal cycling. Built to meet ECSS-Q-ST-70 requirements, our chamber is designed to actively test your systems, not just hold them at a temperature.

  • Active Monitoring: 100 live feedthrough channels let you power and monitor solar panels, harnesses, and control electronics while under vacuum.

  • True 3D Thermal Control: Cooling and heating loops run on all six chamber walls, backed by polished radiation shields—providing much better stability than a basic cold plate.

  • Zero Contamination: Oil-free, orientation-independent pumping ensures a pristine test environment.

  • High Capacity: Features perforated trays that can hold solar panels in three stacked layers.

Vibration Testing

Qualify your hardware against extreme mechanical stress.

Conduct sine, random, and shock testing in all three axes for everything from CubeSats to full subsystems and deployers. By running vibration testing in the exact same building as our TVAC chamber, we completely eliminate the handling risks and delays associated with outsourcing.

  • High-Velocity Shock: Features a dedicated High Velocity Shock (HVS) mode reaching up to 4.6 m/s with 1800 m/s² acceleration.

  • Versatile Test Surfaces: Utilize a 1050 × 1050 mm magnesium sliding table that supports static loads up to 1,654 kg for large structural frames and automotive assemblies, or swap to the 1000 × 1000 mm head expander for flat panels and solar arrays.

  • Smart & Efficient Control: The IMV K2+ system offers one-click standards-based test generation, resonance detection, and remote monitoring directly from your phone, tablet, or PC. An integrated ECO-shaker mode cuts power consumption by up to 80%.
